We stand behind the quality of our our LCD TV and Plasma Frames. Nothing is more important to us than getting it right the first time. In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect with your HD Envy TV frame we will immediately replace it. We will pay for all shipping expenses for the return and reshipment of your frame.
If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may return the flat panel frame within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of your costs as long as the merchandise is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no scratches, no wear and tear). All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured. All returns will be assessed the industry standard 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date. If another item was bundled with your purchase, you must return this bundled item as well. If the bundled item is not returned, you will be refunded less the sale price of the bundled item. The only exception to this policy includes custom orders and special orders which are non-refundable.
Any returns must be noted with a full description and an RMA Number on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. Prior to any returns, customer must contact HD Envy for an RMA number
In the event you cancel your order while en route or if the package is considered "undeliverable" by the freight company at destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost back to the warehouse . Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee once it has been inspected at the warehouse.
In the event that your HD Envy TV frame arrives damaged from the freight company, you immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. If you see visible damage to the cartons or the TV Frame, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back to HD Envy. It is best to document any problems with a digital camera if possible. If you wish to decline a replacement, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed once the item has been received by the warehouse.
