HD Envy TV frames are available at select Best Buy locations in the Tampa Bay area. If a Best Buy near you does not carry HD Envy TV frames or you would like a frame that is not available at Best Buy, you can place an order directly with HD Envy by calling.

HD Envy is open seven days a week between 8 AM to 8 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If you need to call outside of these hours, please leave a message with your name, a phone number and the best time for us to return your call.

We require payment in full in order to place your HD Envy TV frame order on our production schedule. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation notice to ensure the accuracy of your order information and an estimated completion date.

Most orders take 3-4 weeks to build and another 1-2 weeks to deliver depending on your location. When your LCD or plasma TV frame is nearly complete, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. HD Envy partners with UPS to provide top-of-the-line delivery services. Your HD Envy TV frame will be carefully wrapped for shipment and delivered by trained professionals. We will also gladly ship to addresses outside the continental U.S.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money orders and personal checks. If your HD Envy TV Frame is picked up or shipped within the State of Florida, we are required to charge 6% sales tax.
