1. How does an HD Envy™ Flat Screen TV frame attach to the television?
Unlike other TV frame manufacturers, HD Envy™ has a patent pending mounting system called the FastenEZ™ Mount. It utilizes a bracket that locks the flat panel frame in place. The FastenEZ™ Mounting System even has a security mechanism to make sure it can't be removed accidentally or come loose due to vibration. We DO NOT use straps, shims, buckles or velcro to attach our flat panel frames. The FastenEZ™ Mounting System uses steel brackets to ensure saftey, security and precision. It's design ensures simplicity and elegance.
The installation is fast and secure. Should you have an articulating or tilting mount, you will be able to make pivot and tilt adjustments to your television with minimal limitations from the TV frame.
2. Will an HD Envy Flat Screen TV frame work with my existing TV mount?
Absolutely! Our TV frames are designed with all the various types of mounting systems (pivoting, titling, articulating and/or celiing) available in mind. When an HD Envy™ TV frame is attached to your TV, your TV mount will still pivot, tilt and/or articulate as before. Let us know during the ordering process if you have a tight fit and we will work with you to ensure that the HD Envy™ Flat Screen TV frame you select is a perfect match for the way you use your LCD or plasma flat panel television.
3. How much does an HD Envy Flat Screen TV frame weigh?
Typically our TV frames weigh between 25 and 45 pounds. The overall size and the design of the TV frame are the biggest factors that will affect the final weight.
4. Can I use my televisions built-in speakers with HD Envy Flat Screen TV frames?
Yes! We use an acoustically transparent material that allows you to use your television's speakers without losing any sound quality. Furthermore, our matting process is unique in that the aspect ratio of the frame does not change if you decide to utilize the internal speakers. 5. What stain colors are available for HD Envy Flat Screen TV frames?
Our Invidia™ line of LCD and plasma TV frames are available in the following stain colors:

Our custom TV frames are available in any stain or material available.
We proudly use Minwax® Wood Finish™ to achieve a deep, long-lasting stain on all of our frames.
6. I have a very unique stain or my stain may be faded, can you still match it?
Yes we can! We will work with you to get the best possible match for your decor. Since we use Minwax, finding that difficult match is easily solved by a quick trip to your local hardware store. We will do our best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied when you get your new LCD or plasma TV frame from HD Envy.
7. What metal laminate choices are available?
Our Invidia line of flat panel TV frames are available in the following metal laminate colors:

8. What leather choices are available?
Our Velera TV frame in our Invidia line is the only model currently available using faux leather material and can come in the following colors:

9. What if I want an HD Envy Flat Screen TV frame painted or finished in some way I don't see available or I simply want to paint or stain it myself?
Go naked! Our naked flat screen TV frame comes to you unfinished but is complete in every other way. The only thing left to do is to stain or dye the TV frame the way you want to give it a unique look that is all your own.
10. How difficult is installation of an HD Envy Flat Screen TV frame?
If your television is already wall mounted, the average installation takes less than 30 minutes to complete. If you have yet to mount your television, then the attachment of the flat screen TV frame will add approximately 15 minutes to the wall mount installation time of your LCD or plasma flat panel television. Installation is very straight forward and only requires a screwdriver and measuring tape.
11. What if I don't want to self-install my HD Envy Flat Screen TV frame?
Although our installation process is simple and relatively easy to accomplish, some of our customers still like the peace of mind that comes with a professional installation. The Geek Squad® from Best Buy® can install your HD Envy TV frame for your LCD or plasma flat panel television. The Geek Squad is fully qualified to install HD Envy Flat Screen TV frames. If a Best Buy store is not available to you, any qualified A/V Technician should be able to professionally mount your flat screen TV frame.
12. Will my television remote control still work?
Yes! Every TV frame that HD Envy produces includes a remote control signal pass through device.

13. What is HD Envy's return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our TV frames for your LCD or plasma flat panel television. With this in mind, we give 30 days to return the TV frame. Nothing is more important to us than getting it right the first time. In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your TV frame we will immediately replace it. We will pay for all expenses to return the TV frame back to HD Envy and to ship you a replacement. If we are unable to resolve your problem, a full refund will be issued upon our receipt of the defective frame. However, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for the return of a non-defective frame.
